Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and he would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Aaron does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – they set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them. I’m one of the first of my friend group to buy a house, so there were no – “well what do you think” or “what feedback did you have in your experience” talks – except with Aaron. And that’s not in their job description, and it truly makes me consider them not just an agent, but a friend. Overall, I would strongly recommend Aaron to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers.
